"Wally and CPIP have changed our way of communicating and interacting with one another in very effective ways. CPIP has allowed us to finally have the challenging conversations needed to create the successful company we truly want to be. "

Linda Anthony

Chief Human Resource Office

"Wally is an insightful business consultant with the highest level of integrity who has helped our organization transform. When I first met Wally, we discussed changing our current performance management process to a more innovative solution. Through the implementation of CPIP we have planted the seeds to create and nurture a strong culture of trust. Over the years I have created or helped co-create numerous performance management systems. CPIP far surpasses any of these processes and has an easy step by step way of teaching others how to give feedback clearly and respectfully."

Beth Abarca

Director of Human Resources

"I was extremely frustrated with our current performance review process. We had challenges getting managers to complete their reviews on time and/or do them well. A lot of time and energy was spent between Human Resources and managers without a lot of return on that investment of time. After implementing the process, I can see people managing their own conflicts more. I see managers learning to become better listeners and becoming aware of how their behaviors and decisions impact performance of staff. I can see how we are all learning faster and that is helping us serve our clients better. I highly recommend CPIP"
